Almost all types of psychological and emotional problems can be effectively treated and managed using psychotherapy.
Some of the areas Ezer Counselling particularity focus on include:
Depression
Sexual Abuse

Relationship Therapy
Sexual Issues
Bereavement, Loss & Grief
Spiritual/Religious/Faith-based issues
Psychodynamic Therapy
Psychodynamic therapy is concerned with revealing and addressing the formation of a person’s psychological processes. This type of therapy focuses on the roots of a person’s emotional suffering. By using self-reflection and self-examination individuals can gain a deeper understanding of problematic relationship cycles in their lives.
Person-Centred Therapy
Sometimes referred to as client-centred counselling, Person-Centred Therapy is a less emotional invasive therapy that’s concerned with how a person perceives themselves consciously. This type of therapy is often used to treat depression, anxiety, relationship issues, addictions, etc.
Family-Systems Therapy
Family-Systems therapy is a form of psychotherapy that aims to give individuals the tools to solve problems in the context of their family unit. Individuals have learned behaviours from their family. These behaviours affect how a person processes anger, deals with grief, communicates with others, etc. Family-Systems Therapy lets individuals recognise these behaviours.
